Imperial Plasterworks are a team of fibrous plasterers with over 25 years experience in the manufacture, supply and installation of many styles of fibrous coving and plasterwork , we are a fully insured, professional and reliable team who can provide affordable yet high quality plasterwork. We specialist in match to existing and bespoke plasterwork and have replicated many different fibrous cornice styles.. We can be competitive with our prices as being a small family run business you will find we are more affordable than other larger establishments due to not having to pay for large overheads. We only use high quality materials to manufacture our mouldings and we have highly skilled coving plasterers who always work to precision. We undertake many different types of projects large and small, domestic or commercial and we also do insurance work. How we work
Firstly please browse through our cornice coving and ceiling roses pages to see if there is anything you like, we do have many more designs available so please don't hesitate to ask. You can then contact us either by email or telephone and let us know your requirements, we will then book you an appointment to do a site visit and can bring along any samples you have chosen or which we think you may like and would be suitable to your requirements . Once you have made a decision we will then take measurements of the area. Once we have calculated the costs we will give you a total price for the work, if you are happy to go ahead we will them give you an idea of how long it will take to manufacture the plasterwork and book you in for the work to commence on a suitable date. We will always try to get your project completed as soon possible and can be flexible to those customers who also have busy schedules so will work during the weekends should this be more convenient.
On the day of fitting will arrive at around 8am this is flexible to each customers requirements, we would then start the preparations and cover the area with protective sheets, we will also need access to water. Our plaster mouldings are made from high quality materials by our skilled craftsmen and when installing it we will always use two securing methods to fix it in place as safety is very important to us so we do not cut corners that can leave work unsafe so you can be sure our mouldings will be secure for many years to come. Once the work has been completed we will leave the site clean and tidy and always vacuum the area afterwards. We will then give you aftercare instructions on how to treat the new plasterwork and how to paint it once it has completely dried.
